Barista - Garden State Plaza - NEW CAFE OPENING

About the role

This position will be at a new cafe opening in Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. The barista will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages using high-quality ingredients.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist customers with food orders and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay for this position is $15 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Saturday, with shifts ranging from 4 to 6 hours.
