Overview

Your local store is looking for a minimum 16 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day - and you’ll be right at the centre of it all.

Pay

• 16+ years old - £8.00 per hour
• 18+ years old - £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

• Meet high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
• Work as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure
• Excell in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
• Serve hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
• Dish up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
• Ensure all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended
• Keep the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience
