Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant

Overview

Your local store is looking for a minimum 20hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The pay ranges from £8.72 per hour for those aged 16-17 to £13.39 per hour for those 18 and older. The coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are thriving and the Coffee Shop Assistants play a crucial role in their success.

Responsibilities

• Meet high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
• Work as part of a tight-knit team, working well under pressure
• Deliver an exceptional experience for customers by serving hot and cold beverages, dishing up food items, keeping the restaurant tables clear, and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure all cooked food is served hot and presentable
• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT)
• Work across weekends and evenings, and be flexible
• Have previous experience working closely with a team and in a similar environment
• Be a friendly, hard-working individual who loves to provide a joyful customer dining experience
• Be a team player who contributes and enjoys seeing smiles on customers' faces
