Responsibilities

- Authentically welcome and greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm. - Continuously learn and stay updated on all product and service standards to enhance each guest’s experience. - Maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and organization while multitasking. - Be mindful of appropriate language and behavior towards both colleagues and guests.

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills. - Knowledge of brewing equipment. - Prior experience as a barista is preferred. - Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other drink recipes. - Proactive and thoughtful nature. - Professional demeanor.
