Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional coffee, espresso beverages, cocktails, beer, wine, and other refreshments with consistency and flair.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and an intuitive sense of service.
• Learn menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and resort offerings to make confident recommendations.
• Keep work areas clean, polished, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Work seamlessly with teammates across food and beverage operations to keep service smooth, fast, and fun.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and resort standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Naturally friendly, upbeat, and professional presence, even during early‑morning rushes.
• Enjoy working with people and making someone’s day a little better.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and accurate when the pace picks up.
• Experience preparing coffee drinks, cocktails, or providing food and beverage service—or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
• Attention to detail, from a clean garnish to a timely refill.
• Flexible schedule that includes mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet applicable age and certification requirements for serving alcohol in Arizona.
