Apply Job Type Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Description Join the Gravity Haus Winter Park team this winter! This position is expected to start in late November. We’re looking for a friendly, adaptable, and service-driven Haus Experience Specialist to play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll split your time between the café and guest support. You’ll be the face of the property—preparing coffee and simple food, serving beer and wine, and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and general needs. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly environmentHelp guests navigate self check-in tools and provide support as needed,, including answering questions and resolving issuesRespond to guest requests and ensure a smooth, positive stay Café & Beverage Service Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beveragesServe beer and wine responsibly in accordance with local lawsTake orders and serve quick, casual food itemsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area Operations & Support Process transactions accurately using POS systemsSupport opening and closing procedures for café and guest service areasMaintain cleanliness and organization across shared spacesMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service rolesBarista or café experience preferredExperience with POS systems and/or guest service tools is a plusFriendly, outgoing, and naturally hospitableComfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilitiesA team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and reliableComfortable using technology and learning new systemsMust complete state-approved training, such as ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol training, within 60 days of hire. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
