Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.10/hour to $19.10/hour depending on experience, with growth opportunities up to $21.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service
• Assist customers in selection and recommendations of products
• Accurately prepare a variety of espresso and coffee drinks per customer request
• Stock, market, and sell pastries, coffee cakes, and related products
• Perform cashiering duties
• Maintain related equipment
• General housekeeping
• Work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment to prepare customer orders promptly and courteously
