Job Summary

Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit's success by providing customer service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Follows university and store operating policies and procedures
• Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request
• Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues
• Communicates information to manager
• Assists with new employee training
• FOLLOWS FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided
• ServSafe certified (preferred)
• Additional preferred qualifications: Undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Pay

• The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 based on relevant experience.
