Job Summary

Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit's success by providing customer service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills university and store operating policies and procedures
• Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request
• Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues
• Communicates information to manager
• Assists with new employee training
• Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Preferred: ServSafe certified
• Preferred: Undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
• Preferred: Previous experience as a barista in a fast food establishment

Pay

The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 based on relevant experience.

Schedule

This position does not have any financial responsibilities. This position will not be required to drive. This role is not considered a position of trust. This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card).
