Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served.
• Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided.
• Take customer orders and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouch.
• Handles cleaning chemicals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Tip eligible.
