About the role

Jeff’s Bagel Run is a growing franchise opening soon in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. They are seeking passionate and energetic Baristas to join their team and provide exceptional service to their community.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests with enthusiasm and take orders at the register. - Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and assist with cream cheese prep. - Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; clean equipment daily. - Assist bakers when needed. - Pack and organize orders for takeout or pickup. - Keep inventory stocked and organized. - Be available for early morning shifts and weekends (closes at 2:00 PM). - Stand for long periods and handle a physically active environment.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service skills and a love for connecting with guests. - Fast-paced and reliable with strong time management. - Open to learning new things and eager to grow with the company. - Clear communication, ability to read and remember orders, and multitasking skills. - Enjoys working in a clean, organized space and helps maintain it.

Pay and Schedule

Compensation: $14–$17 per hour + tips. Available as either full-time or part-time positions. Shifts end by 2:00 PM, offering a good work-life balance.
