Barber/Stylist Scissors & Scotch is the grooming experience every man deserves - where traditional barbering and modern spa services meet your favorite watering hole. Scissors & Scotch is looking for barbers & stylists with experience cutting men's hair who are looking to work in a great work environment, enjoys what they do, is a team player and who wants to learn & grow their career. Requirements
- Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license.
- 4 days of paid training required prior to starting (training expected to start November 1, 2026).

Pay
Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level. We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold. 100% of tips go to our barbers/stylists. Pay range: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour.
