About the role

Scissors & Scotch is the grooming experience every man deserves - where traditional barbering and modern spa services meet your favorite watering hole. Our clients sit back, relax, get groomed - then enjoy a cocktail, coffee, or cold one in our upscale lounge. Scissors & Scotch is looking for barbers & stylists with experience cutting men's hair who are looking to work in a great work environment, enjoys what they do, is a team player and who wants to learn & grow their career.

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology license
• 4 days of paid training required prior to starting

Compensation & Benefits

• Our barbers/stylists make between $30 - $55 per hour based on experience and skill level
• We pay hourly plus commission on each service as well as commission on products sold
• 100% of tips go to our barbers/stylists
• Product commission
• Service commission (all services)
• Full-time benefits: health, vision, dental, PTO, gym membership, 401k
• Ability to be promoted based on performance
• Our very best people can earn over $80,000/year (not management, normal Full-Time employees!)

Locations & Schedule

Locations: Franklin (McEwen Northside) & Brentwood (Hill Center)

Brentwood: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Franklin (Cool Springs): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Must work on Sunday.
