Responsibilities

• Tailor haircuts and styles to individual clients’ needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Develop and maintain a strong client base through referrals and word-of-mouth marketing
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall salon experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in barbering or styling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the art of cutting and styling hair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Proficiency with various hair cutting and styling tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually

Schedule

Hours vary based on business needs, typically 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability.
