About the role

We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring individuals for the Bar Back position who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

• Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
• Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences.
• Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get busy is where you shine.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.

This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
