Barback - Mist Bar & Lounge

Full-time, non-exempt swing-shift position.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $20.86–$21.90, depending on experience, plus annual performance-based increases and tips.

Responsibilities

• Stock bars, glassware, and supplies for beverage service
• Set up and tear down indoor and outdoor events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coolers, liquor rooms, and drains, mats, floors
• Keep watering-station cup holders full and empty assigned trash cans
• Maintain par levels and follow inventory-control procedures
• Assist warehouse with inventory delivery and timely order storage
• Perform weekly assigned cleaning duties
• Communicate constantly with team members and management
• Complete all Eatec orders accurately and document per procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions, memos, safety rules, and procedure manuals
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Must obtain and maintain a Snoqualmie Gaming Commission license
• Pre-employment drug testing required; marijuana use does not disqualify except for Transportation roles

Qualifications

No formal education required. Preferred: high school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent.
