About the role

The position involves setting up, stocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within various areas of the venue. The role also includes assisting the bar team in opening and closing duties, ensuring proper rotation of stock, and providing professional and friendly guest services.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all syrups, mixes, and garnishes
• Maintain opening/closing liquor, beer, wine and consumables par
• Avoid shortages and report breakages of stock
• Aid in loading/unloading of equipment
• Clean bar top, back bar, and glassware throughout shift
• Monitor potentially intoxicated guests and report to a manager
• Comply with safety and health department procedures, company policies, and state liquor laws
• Report incidents of theft, vandalism, violations, or guest complaints
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations
• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnishing
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
