Barback - Igby's

Responsibilities

• Keep constant awareness of the bar’s needs
• Change blown kegs
• Keep the bar clean, including all workspaces and glassware
• Replenish and stock ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, etc.
• Bus tables throughout shift

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Good teammate
• Responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• High-volume barback experience preferred
• Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
