Responsibilities

• Keep VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars, and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times
• Prepare garnishes
• Refill ice wells
• Replenish the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc.
• Restock liquor bottles
• Change beer kegs
• Restock the bar for the following shift
• Put away shipments of liquor and beer
• Track opening and closing inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
• Aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to obtain Kentucky Racing License

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• May be required to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
• Must circulate throughout assigned areas, including smoking areas
