About the role
Bar Porters will assist Bartenders in shaping the guest experience through passion, style and personal spirit. They will help supply and maintain bar inventory, glassware, and other tasks as assigned. This position is part of the Andaz Maui at Wailea, a luxury resort community on Maui's southwestern coastline.
Responsibilities
- Assist Bartenders in shaping the guest experience through passion, style and personal spirit.
- Help supply and maintain bar inventory, glassware, and other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the bars are fully stocked.
- Provide thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Lift and carry a moderate amount of weight.
- Work in a fast-paced environment involving constant customer interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight required.
- Previous food & beverage experience preferred.
- Must provide at least 2 full days of work availability each week - full work availability to include mornings, mid day, afternoon, evenings.
- Must have a valid Hawaii Liquor License.
Qualifications

Skills

Pay
Hourly rate: $25.77
Schedule
