Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards.
- Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.
- Develop schedules, manage staff performance, and foster a positive, professional team culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards.
- Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control.
- Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget forecasts.
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
