About the role
The River Ranch Bar & Grill Pool Servers are responsible for submitting guest/members menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. You will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings for the season. Pool servers will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience through their style and service attributes.
Responsibilities
- Submit guest/member menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations from seasonal cuisine and drink offerings.
- Engage in casual conversation to enhance the restaurant experience.
- Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Must be able to work varied shifts.
- Part-time hours.
Qualifications
- Experience as a server in a restaurant or pool environment.
