Responsibilities
- Filling and maintaining ice wells for bartenders
- Restocking beer and liquor as needed
- Changing kegs as required
- Prepping, storing, rotating, and stocking all garnishes for the bartenders
- Having a constant awareness of inventory levels to avoid running out of supplies
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, or working in confined spaces
- Written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with bartenders
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
