Essential Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to approved event orders (BEOs), diagrams, and supervisor direction
- Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, buffets, and other equipment in accordance with event specifications
- Complete room setup assignments within established timelines to ensure event readiness
- Cookinate with banquet captains and management to confirm room readiness prior to guest arrival
- Transport banquet equipment, furniture, and supplies safely and efficiently throughout the property
- Maintain organized and visually consistent room layouts that support event flow and guest experience
- Remove linens, tables, chairs, and equipment efficiently following event completion
- Sort and transport items to appropriate storage or cleaning areas
- Reset rooms according to next-event requirements or standard configurations
- Follow uniform standards, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in high-volume or time-sensitive environments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Able to manipulate a full-size keg of beer (~160 pounds)
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis
- Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis
- Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees
