Banquets On-Call Server
About the role
Four Seasons is seeking an On-Call Server in our Banquet Department at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Greeting & welcoming guests
- Suggestive selling and describing dishes
- Recommending beverage pairings
- Anticipating guests’ needs
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Setting up the team for success
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Service passion for luxury hospitality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- One year food service or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
