Banquets On-Call Server

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an On-Call Server in our Banquet Department at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Greeting & welcoming guests
• Suggestive selling and describing dishes
• Recommending beverage pairings
• Anticipating guests’ needs
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Setting up the team for success

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Service passion for luxury hospitality
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• One year food service or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Valid work authorization for the U.S.
