About the Role
Reporting to the Banquet Manager, you will deliver professional, engaging, and friendly service in a landmark San Francisco hotel.
Responsibilities
- Set up, break down, and clean banquet rooms
- Perform special requests and tasks as dictated by the hotel
- Maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Constant lifting and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
Pay
Hourly rate: $34.55 USD gross per hour
