Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations including menu planning, coordination with caterers, and event execution.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage and train banquet staff to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet or catering services.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Education in culinary arts or related field preferred.
- Valid food handler’s license.
