About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server to join our rapidly growing team. Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and event equipment according to the BEO.
• Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations before and throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain clean and organized banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Clear plates, glasses, and other items from tables efficiently and discreetly.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.
• Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning tables, removing linens, storing equipment, and resetting the room.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $7 per hour plus gratuity.
