About the role

Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards. Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (including coffee breaks). Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor. Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed. Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain event spaces in a refreshed and guest-ready condition throughout the day.
• Transport supplies and materials (e.g., boxes, programs, décor) as needed.
• Assist with food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Provide friendly guest service, anticipate needs, and resolve small issues promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of being on your feet for most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure event perfection.
• Clear communicator who follows instructions and collaborates well with the team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first attitude with a commitment to supporting large events.
