What You Will Be Doing

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs.
• Assist setup staff in table setup, buffet setup, bar setup, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen to keep updated on any changes.
