Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service
  • Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure an outstanding banquet experience
  • Serve buffet and plated meals efficiently, providing timely and professional service
• Maintain Food Safety and Cleanliness
  • Follow food safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and always adhere to sanitation standards
• Set Up and Break Down Events
  • Prepare banquet areas, set tables, organize serving stations, and assist in cleaning up after events to ensure seamless operations
• Stock and Organize Supplies
  • Keep serving areas stocked with necessary items such as coffee, tableware, condiments, and linens
  • Maintain catering van cleanliness for off-premise events
• Other Duties as Assigned
  • Work closely with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members when needed

Requirements

• Experience in food service as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to pass state mandated background check
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors

Pay

$15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location
