Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and break down assigned function in a safe, accident-free manner
• Set up banquet tables, chairs, table linens, in a professional manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age for casino meeting rooms and 18 years of age for hotel/conference center
• High school diploma required
• Two years previous banquet or other serving experience is preferred
