Duties/Responsibilities
- Daily set-up and breakdown of food and beverage products for catered events.
- Food preparation for daily activities and scheduled events.
- Serving food and beverage product to event participants, vendors, and host clients.
- Aid with event coordination; table set-ups, place settings, serving areas and discarded products.
- Aid with event clean up; on-site or off-site, all plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, linens, chairs, and garbage.
- Aid with moving catering products back to catering kitchen.
- Print food and product labels and signage for buffets.
- Maintain participation awareness of upcoming catering events and event orders.
