Banquet Server for Bartolotta Catering

Duties/Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and breakdown of food and beverage products for catered events.
• Food preparation for daily activities and scheduled events.
• Serving food and beverage product to event participants, vendors, and host clients.
• Aid with event coordination; table set-ups, place settings, serving areas and discarded products.
• Aid with event clean up; on-site or off-site, all plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, linens, chairs, and garbage.
• Aid with moving catering products back to catering kitchen.
• Print food and product labels and signage for buffets.
• Maintain participation awareness of upcoming catering events and event orders.
