About the role

We are currently in search of banquet event servers, with positions available for both full-time and part-time employment (though full-time is preferred). At Capital City Club, we operate within a non-tipping framework, allowing our staff to focus entirely on delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one year's experience in the hospitality sector (experience within a private club is a bonus)
• Keen attention to detail and capability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in accurately reading and inputting data into our reservation/point-of-sale system
• Upbeat, positive, and energetic personality
• Physical capability to lift items exceeding 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
