Provide exceptional service to guests during events and banquets by setting up and clearing tables, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction to create unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquet Captain
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area throughout the event
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
