Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Aid with event setup including table and chair placement, decoration installation, and serving station preparation.
• Greet and check on guests upon arrival to ensure their satisfaction.
• Familiarize yourself with event organization and menu/service styles.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, managing food and beverage needs and maintaining tables and buffets.
• Pre-bus tables by removing soiled dishes and breaking down trays in the dish room.
• Maintain personal appearance and comply with company standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Be available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Show attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Have basic mathematical skills.
• Pass a background check.
• Be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
