Banquet Server
About the Role
Westerfield Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a driven part-time Banquet Server to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused organization as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders (if applicable)
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, both front and back of house
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Help maintain clean and clear tables
- Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person (if applicable)
- Respond urgently and appropriately with any concerns to the Event Manager
- Present a professional appearance and mannerisms
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in the service industry
- Banquet experience preferred
- Flexible schedule
