Main Duties
- Stocking stations before and after service while maintaining inventory levels during high-volume shifts.
- Providing quality service to all guests and members.
- Influentially promoting menu items and suggesting pairing options during service.
- Demonstrating a full understanding of allergy procedures.
- Participating in Food and Drink demos, trainings, and product information sessions.
- Confidently answering guest questions about menu items, offering recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Maintaining knowledge of event specials and promoting them effectively to guests.
- Understanding proper handling and service of alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible service regulations.
- Recommend wine pairings or suggest non-alcoholic beverage options to complement meals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced and professional environment.
- Previous experience as a server or back server with a food-forward and high-volume establishment.
- Proven success in fostering an excellent communication and engagement culture.
- Team-focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how to contribute.
- Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast-paced movements are required to move between parts of the club.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20 to 60 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required.
- Must be able to use a step ladder.
