Banquet Server

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow banquet event orders for each event that lays out the duties to be upheld
• Serves clients in a professional manner as per training guidelines
• Cross-serves and/or assists team members on an as-needed basis
• Following the steps of service in food and beverage serving
• Willingness to cross train to be able to step in to provide support as needed to execute events
• Uses communications skills to stay coordinated with manager and co-workers
• P Practices "teamwork" and "clean as you go" policies
• Responsible for sanitation in and around spaces
• Set up and tear down events in a timely and effective manner
• Executes events while following food safety rules and client expectations
• Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management
• Restocks items in banquet hallway in timely matter to ensure smooth service
• Ensures all safety procedures are followed at all times
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to twist, lift, reach and stand for periods of time
• Must be available on weekends
