This Music City original blends boutique comfort with full-service amenities, a distinctly southern vibe, and a modern edge. The property features 255 guest rooms and 4,055 sq. ft. of event space.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Server to join our team. This role involves setting up and preparing banquet rooms, serving and bussing tables, and breaking down rooms after functions. Responsibilities
- Set up for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces.
- Serve food and beverages, including picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to the function location, and clearing tables.
- Break down banquet rooms, including bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuuming.
- Clean and organize the back hall and storerooms.
- Set up AM or PM break stations with coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages.
- Assist with event room setup according to meal period and table needs.
- Perform food and beverage preparation duties, such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee, and stocking workstations.
- Remove dishes, glasses, silverware, and other items from tables/countertops and transport them to the kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and seats after guests are finished.
- Explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients, while accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
- Provide general property information and offer a warm, sincere welcome and farewell to guests.
- Interact professionally with staff and assist other departments as needed.
- Ensure a final quality check on food and beverage items before serving guests.
- Monitor assigned tables for customer satisfaction, quality, and additional service needs.
- Address guest issues promptly and with high concern.
- Provide assistance to other event and restaurant staff as needed.
- Maintain constant awareness of safety issues (e.g., broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons).
Requirements
- 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in Banquet service.
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay
$7.50 per hour.
