Banquet Server

About the role

As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional event experiences by assisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of meetings and special events for our members and clients. This position requires a strong commitment to our high standards of service and attention to detail.

We are currently hiring part-time, on-call Banquet Servers with flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with immediate openings available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of meetings and special events
• Deliver high standards of service with attention to detail
• Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Think on your feet and make quick, effective decisions
• Remain on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time
• Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout a shift

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Flexible schedule, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, personable, and positive attitude
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Passion for food and/or beverages and a genuine desire to serve others
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
