Banquet Server

Summary

The Beautiful Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL is seeking part-time Banquet Servers in their Main Clubhouse. The Clubhouse features upscale casual dining and an elegant bar, and experience is not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

- Address members and guests with a friendly and courteous attitude. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly. - Be familiar with and communicate specials and chef's featured items. - Ensure tables are properly set for each meal period, private parties, or events. - Complete sidework tasks such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, etc.

Availability

Candidates must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical/Mental Requirements

- May need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - May work in hot conditions for extended periods. - Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching, standing for long periods, carrying loaded trays, and climbing step stools. - Must be able to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced, team environment.
