Banquet Server

Duties And Responsibilities

• Setting rooms and decorating
• Prepping food and pre-setting food items for plated service, buffet service and receptions
• Serving food and refilling drinks
• Refreshing breaks and buffet lines
• Bussing dishes and washing dishes
• Cleaning and working concession stands

Qualification Requirements

• Food service and catering experience is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and eligibility to drive for company business
• Able to work flexible and irregular hours
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet for long periods
• Able to perform repetitive work and work in a high paced environment
• Able to follow written or verbal instructions and be punctual, dependable, and flexible with job schedule
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work effectively as a team player
• Able to meet deadlines
