About the role
Provide exceptional service to members and guests during club functions, sporting events, and private parties. Work closely with our kitchen and banquet team to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this role. The position is part-time.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
- Always provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or issues
- Performs any and all other tasks as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- Adheres to Club policy and procedures
- Acts as a role model within and outside the Club
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
- Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
- Maintains confidentiality of all data
- Meets department productivity standards

Pay
