About the Role

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing a world-class banquet and event experience in the meeting rooms and throughout the resort when warranted. The server curates the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen, and the bar. The server needs to possess a strong understanding of customer service and a diverse knowledge of products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional banquet and event service in meeting rooms and resort venues
• Act as a liaison between guests, kitchen, and bar to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer service and product knowledge

Requirements

• One to two years’ experience as a Banquet Server, Server, or any related Food & Beverage role
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge or passion for health and wellness
