Banquet Server

Chateau Luxe is seeking experienced, professional Banquet Servers to join our flexible Shift Pool. This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to earn additional income while maintaining control over their schedule.

About the role

There is no fixed weekly schedule or minimum number of shifts required. Available event shifts are posted to our staff pool, and contractors may choose the shifts they want to accept based on their availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations
• Set and maintain guest tables, buffets, and service areas
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, polished event space
• Assist with event setup, resetting, and breakdown as needed
• Follow Chateau Luxe service standards and event-specific instructions
• Work professionally and collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, bartenders, and other event personnel
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout the event

Requirements

• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, or event-service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service skills
• Smiling Faces with a can-do attitude
• Dependable and punctual when a shift is accepted
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays, plates, and typical banquet-service equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable transportation to Chateau Luxe in Phoenix

Schedule

Flexible / On-Call. Contractors may choose the shifts they want to accept based on their availability.

Pay

Paid weekly.
