About the role

As a Banquet Server at JC Golf, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. You will work in some of the most beautiful golf settings in Southern California, offering a wide range of services including food and beverage service, tableside assistance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all guest needs are met.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Handle cash transactions and adhere to financial policies.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications
