Responsibilities
- Read and follow the BEO
- Set up private events based upon the instructions of the Banquet Manager/Captain
- Follow all banquet standards in maintaining our high level of guest service
- Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment
- Understand and follow through with all policies and procedures of the Banquet Department and the Hard Rock Organization
- Work as a team with all other servers and staff
- Work within the Hard Rock Café Mission and Values
- Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for our guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations
- Any other and all duties assigned by the Banquet Manager/Captain
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Able to lift up to 25-pounds
- Standing or walking on the floor for up to 8+ hours
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance (“having a plan”)
- Follow all uniform guidelines
- PRACTICE all safety & sanitation standards
- RECYCLING products, where possible
- Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
- DISPLAYING a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers – never allowing personal life or outside influences to dictate attitude
