Banquet Manager
About the role
The ideal candidate must be able to help plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. Previous supervisory/management experience in Food and Beverage is preferred. Home position will be Banquets, however this position will also float between other outlets and provide general assistance to the F&B Division.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is ready to partner with the Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams to create and produce the best overall banquet experience for our guests.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a food service or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food service operations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
