Located in Phoenix, Arizona, it is the region's only Four-Diamond, all-suite hotel situated on the doorstep of 17,000 acres of South Mountain Preserve, the largest municipal park in the world and the most visited hiking destination in the state.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs, cooks, and stewards to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with service staff to provide seamless and unforgettable banquets
Requirements
- A passion for culinary excellence and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting
- A creative flair for menu development and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a large team effectively
